Svenja, 43, working and health-conscious, had been feeling exhausted and listless for some time - despite getting enough sleep, regular visits to the gym, a healthy diet, visits to the doctor and the use of dietary supplements. Svenja keeps in touch with us. This step involves discussing how we will proceed together, presenting our additional services, and outlining her personalized action plan with tailored options for her ongoing health journey.
STEP 3: TAILORED SOLUTIONS FOR BODY & MIND (WEEK 3)
Together with our network of physicians, therapists, pharmacists, naturopaths, coaches, and experienced individuals, we develop a personalized action plan for Svenja —with strategies that truly fit her and support her in a sustainable way, both physically and mentally.
As her blood values show specific nutrient deficiencies - despite a healthy diet - an individual plan is drawn up to optimize her nutrient supply. Thanks to our cooperation with a pharmacy that produces pharmacy-quality nutritional supplements, she receives the appropriate products directly by post.
A training program that is precisely tailored to her condition and needs. In addition to targeted training programs that she can complete in her gym or outside, this coaching also includes a focus on nutrition - so that Svenja learns how to optimally adapt her meals to her physical requirements.
